By creating an account, installing, accessing, or using Spinlab on Shopify or any supported custom website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Spinlab is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and display interactive 360° product experiences for e-commerce stores and websites.

The Service supports Shopify stores as well as supported custom websites through our APIs, scripts, and integrations.

To use Spinlab, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Have authority to act on behalf of your business or organization.
• Maintain a valid account for the platform on which you use Spinlab (where applicable).
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
• All activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Spinlab supports multiple platforms, including Shopify and custom websites.

When using Spinlab:

• You authorize us to access only the information necessary to provide the Service.
• If you use Shopify, your use of Shopify remains subject to Shopify's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• If you use a custom website, you are responsible for correctly integrating Spinlab using our documentation and APIs.
• We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Upload malware or malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer the Service.
• Interfere with our infrastructure.
• Abuse APIs or automated systems.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Depending on how you use Spinlab:

• Shopify users may be billed through Shopify Billing.
• Custom website users may be billed through our supported payment providers.

Subscription fees:

• Are charged according to your selected plan.
• Renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Are non-refundable except where required by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of premium features.

If offered, free trials are available for a limited period.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan.

Spinlab, including its software, APIs, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Spinlab and its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Spinlab may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Shopify
• Payment providers
• Cloud hosting services
• CDN providers
• Analytics services
• Storage providers

We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability.
• Uninterrupted operation.
• Error-free functionality.
• Compatibility with every browser, device, or platform.

Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events may temporarily affect service availability.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Spinlab, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
• Required by law.
• Your use threatens the security or stability of the Service.

You may stop using Spinlab and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update:

• Features
• APIs
• Pricing
• Subscription plans
• Documentation
• These Terms

at any time.

Continued use of Spinlab after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
